Ista Select - Guest Privileges Program
The more you stay at Ista the more you want to stay! Ista Select is our guest privileges program. You qualify for becoming an Ista Select member by simply staying at any one of our Ista Hotels. Benefits start accruing from the second stay onwards. No complicated points...no unfulfilled redemptions. Simple, but effective privileges that stay with you as an Ista Select member.
The program has two levels - Premier and Platinum. You can enroll in the Premier Level after completing your first stay at any Ista hotel and your benefits will apply right away. You will automatically be upgraded to the Platinum Level after your third stay at any Ista Hotel.

ISTA PREMIER
You are eligible to enrol into the Premier level after a single stay at any Ista hotel. Benefits apply from your 2nd visit onward at all Ista Hotels. Ista Premier member privileges are:
- Early check in & late checkout
- Complimentary 3 pieces of laundry (once during each stay)
- Complimentary internet facility in room
ISTA PLATINUM
Premier members will be upgrade to Platinum level after 3 stays across Ista Hotels. Ista Platinum member privileges are:
- Early check in & late checkout
- Complimentary 3 pieces of laundry (once during each stay)
- Complimentary internet facility in room
- 35% discount on Spa treatments
- Complimentary in-room breakfast
- Credit of Rs 750.00 at the Lounge Bar (once during each stay)
Special benefits for Platinum members
With every 4th visit across Ista Hotels
- One Voucher for a complimentary upgrade to a suite at any Ista Hotel
- One Voucher for a complimentary spa treatment of 55 minutes at any Ista Hotel
- One Voucher for a complimentary dinner for two with a bottle of wine at any Ista Hotel
With every 6th visit across Ista Hotels
* One voucher for a one-night complimentary stay (in a Deluxe Palace View Room on double occupancy) at
the world's leading destination spa - Ananda in the Himalayas (or) one voucher for a 2 night complimentary stay in a Premium Room at any Ista Hotel
All vouchers mentioned above are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
